AN ACT CONCERNING EXPENDITURES FOR PROGRAMS AND SERVICES RELATED TO HIGHER EDUCATION.

SUMMARY:

The bill requires the constituent units of higher education to review certain expenditures. The office must submit its findings to the Appropriations Committee on or before January 1, 2013.
