RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE NOMINATION OF DR. ROBERT A. KENNEDY OF BLOOMFIELD, TO BE PRESIDENT OF THE BOARD OF REGENTS FOR HIGHER EDUCATION.

Resolved by the Senate:

That the nomination by His Excellency, the Governor, of Dr. Robert A. Kennedy of Bloomfield, to be President of the Board of Regents for Higher Education, to serve at the pleasure of the Governor, but not longer than March 1, 2015, is approved and confirmed, and he is appointed said president for said term.
