AN ACT REDIRECTING BUSWAY FUNDS TO THE DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION'S INFRASTRUCTURE PROJECTS.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

That the general statutes be amended to redirect unallocated bond fund authorizations for the New Britain-Hartford busway project to the Department of Transportation for its critical infrastructure projects, including, but not limited to, repairs and improvements to the state's most deficient bridges and dangerous intersections.

Statement of Purpose:

To prioritize state bond funds to repair the state's transportation infrastructure.
