CORRECTION

To Fiscal Note on

SB-326, File No. 132

AN ACT CONCERNING MIXED MARTIAL ARTS.

The fiscal note on File 132 reflected a revenue gain of $53,000 to $98,000 related to licenses, permits and admission tax revenue. Further review indicates a total annual revenue gain of $169,000 to $316,000. The original fiscal note assumed between 4,000 and 6,500 tickets would be sold for mixed martial arts events annually. New information indicates that annual ticket sales will be between 15,000 and 22,500.
