AN ACT CONCERNING COLLEGE READINESS AND COMPLETION.

The course and program development required in the bill would utilize faculty release time. The constituent units of higher education budget yearly for faculty release time which they utilize for curriculum development, other planning needs and for various non-instructional assignments. The usage of such funding is at the discretion of each constituent unit.
