AN ACT CONCERNING REGULATIONS RELATING TO HOSPICE CARE.

The footnote provided in the fiscal note states that there is currently one hospice licensed in Connecticut. In actuality there are two hospices licensed in Connecticut: The Connecticut Hospice, Inc. and Vitas Healthcare Corporation. This does not change the fiscal impact identified in the fiscal note.
