AN ACT REQUIRING THE DISPLAY OF HOUSE NUMBERS.

Explanation

This bill will result in revenue gain of less than $10,000 per year beginning in FY 13. It is anticipated that the number of infractions issued will be very low. The infraction amount for residents failing to affix house numbers to their residence or failing to conform to other aspects of the bill will result in a fine of not more than $90 per infraction.
