AN ACT CONCERNING THE SALES TAX ON INTERNET SALES.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

That the general statutes be amended to require Internet retailers to collect and remit the sales tax.

Statement of Purpose:

To apply sales tax to Internet sales.
