AN ACT REPEALING CERTAIN PROVISIONS RELATING TO THE EARTH'S WARMING AND COOLING PHASES.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

That the general statutes be amended to repeal the provisions of public act 08-98, public act 06-161, and section 93 and subdivision (2) of section 58 of public act 07-242.

Statement of Purpose:

To prevent adverse economic effects of provisions enacted in response to the natural warming and cooling phases of the earth.
