AN ACT CONCERNING BED BUGS AND RE-MANUFACTURED MATTRESSES.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

That the general statutes be amended to require individuals who re-manufacture mattresses to provide proof that such mattress have been inspected to ensure they are bed bug free.

Statement of Purpose:

To require individuals who re-manufacture mattresses to provide proof that such mattress have been inspected to ensure they are bed bug free.
