AN ACT EXPANDING THE FORECLOSURE MEDIATION PROGRAM.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

That title 49 of the general statutes be amended to expand the foreclosure mediation program.

Statement of Purpose:

To expand the foreclosure mediation program.
