"AN ACT CONCERNING THE RATE APPROVAL PROCESS FOR CERTAIN HEALTH INSURANCE POLICIES. "

After subdivision (4) of subsection (d) of section 6, insert the following:

"(5) The provisions of this subsection shall be effective on and after January 1, 2012, and until December 31, 2013. "

After subsection (c) of section 7, insert the following:

"(d) The provisions of this section shall be effective on and after January 1, 2012, and until December 31, 2013. "
