H.B. No. 5486 (RAISED) JUDICIARY. 'AN ACT CONCERNING RESIDENCY RESTRICTIONS FOR REGISTERED SEXUAL OFFENDERS', to protect children from convicted sexual offenders by requiring that convicted sexual offenders reside at least two thousand feet away from a school or child care center.
