"AN ACT AUTHORIZING THE HUNTING OF DEER BY PISTOL OR REVOLVER. "

In line 11, after the period, insert the following:

"Not less than once every two years, any person that utilizes a permit pursuant to this section shall be required to undertake an accuracy test, as administered by the Department of Environmental Protection. Such accuracy test shall, at a minimum, require an accuracy, from a distance of not less than twenty-five yards, of not less than five of six shots into a target having a diameter of not more than four inches. "
