*Legislative Program Review and Investigations PUBLIC HEARING: Re: Scope of Practice Determination for Health Care Professions and Whistleblower Law in Connecticut

 

The Program Review and Investigations Committee will hold a public hearing on Thursday, October 1, 2009 at 3:00 p.m. in Room 2D of the LOB. Speaker sign-up for the hearing will begin at 2:00 p.m. in the 2nd floor breakout of the LOB. Please submit 25 copies of written testimony at the time of sign-up. Members of the public will testify during the first hour; agency representatives, legislators, and chief elected municipal officers will testify during the second hour; and thereafter speakers will alternate between the public and officials. Speakers may be limited to 3 minutes of testimony. Unofficial sign-up sheets have no standing with the Committee.
