AN ACT CONCERNING A COMMISSION ON FEDERAL STIMULUS DISTRIBUTION.
The bill establishes the Federal Stimulus Distribution Commission to make recommendations concerning the distribution of federal funds intended to promote the recovery of the state economy. The commission must report its findings and recommendations to the Governor and the General Assembly by June 1, 2009.
EFFECTIVE DATE: Upon passage.
