AN ACT CONCERNING EXPENDITURES OF THE GENERAL FUND.

SUMMARY:

The bill requires the Office of Fiscal Analysis (OFA) to report to the Appropriations Committee by May 1, 2009 areas of spending where General Fund appropriations have increased by 10% or more from the FY 06 - FY 07 biennium to the FY 08 - FY 09 biennium.
