AN ACT CONCERNING THE FEES CHARGED BY THE DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION.

SUMMARY:

This bill requires the transportation commissioner to review the fees the Department of Transportation charges for its registration, licensing, examination, inspection, and other functions and submit any recommended changes to the Transportation Committee by January 10, 2010 and annually thereafter.

EFFECTIVE DATE: October 1, 2009
