OLR Bill Analysis
AN ACT CONCERNING A POLICY REGARDING DISSECTION IN CLASSROOMS.
This bill requires school districts to excuse a student from performing animal experiments or dissections as part of classroom instruction if the student raises a conscientious objection to doing so.
