RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE NOMINATION OF JOHN R. SHOLTIS, JR., OF MARLBOROUGH TO BE A MEMBER OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE CONNECTICUT STATE UNIVERSITY SYSTEM.

Resolved by the Senate:

That the nomination by Her Excellency, the Governor, of John R. Sholtis, Jr., of Marlborough, to be a member of the Board of Trustees of the Connecticut State University System, effective July 1, 2009, to serve a term ending June 30, 2015, or until a successor is appointed and has qualified, whichever is longer, is approved and confirmed, and he is appointed said member for said term.
