AN ACT CONCERNING CONGESTION PRICING ON CONNECTICUT HIGHWAYS.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

That the Department of Transportation shall determine the most effective method for the establishment of congestion pricing on Connecticut's highways, and shall begin the implementation of such pricing.

Statement of Purpose:

To require congestion pricing on Connecticut highways.
