AN ACT CONCERNING THE ADDITION OF A COURSE ON MONEY AND DEBT MANAGEMENT TO THE HIGH SCHOOL GRADUATION REQUIREMENTS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 10-221a of the general statutes be amended to include in the high school graduation requirements a one-half credit requirement in money and debt management and economics.
Statement of Purpose:
To require all graduating high school seniors to take a one-half credit course in money and debt management and household finances.
