AN ACT CONCERNING CORPORATIONS TERMINATING EMPLOYEES WITH DISABILITIES FOR TAKING LONG MEAL BREAKS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 31-51ii of the general statutes be amended to prevent large corporations from terminating workers with learning disabilities for taking long meal periods and losing track of time.
Statement of Purpose:
To prevent corporations from terminating employees with learning disabilities for taking long meal breaks.
