AN ACT CONCERNING CATEGORIZING AND REPLACING DANGEROUS CHEMICALS.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

That the general statutes be amended to create a framework for categorizing the dangerousness of certain chemicals and suggesting safer alternatives for such chemicals.

Statement of Purpose:

To protect human health from harmful chemicals.
