AN ACT CONCERNING DISCRIMINATION AGAINST PERSONS WITH PSYCHIATRIC DISABILITIES BY STATE CONTRACTORS.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

That section 4a-60 of the general statutes be amended to require state contractors to certify that they do not discriminate on the basis of psychiatric disability in addition to the other enumerated classes of people.

Statement of Purpose:

To prevent discrimination on the basis of psychiatric disability.
