AN ACT PROHIBITING MUNICIPAL REGULATION OF FIREARMS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to prohibit the adoption of a municipal ordinance concerning the right to carry a firearm.
