AN ACT CONCERNING THE EARLY DETECTION OF VIOLENCE IN CHILD PROTECTION AND WELFARE CASES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That title 17a of the general statutes be amended to require the Department of Children and Families to develop a series of questions related to animal treatment to be used during existing screening, intake, investigation and risk and safety procedures.
Statement of Purpose:
To protect children from possible abuse by early detection and identification of violence.
