AN ACT REQUIRING UNIFORM INSURANCE RATES FOR MOTOR VEHICLES IN CONNECTICUT.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

That the general statutes be amended to require that motor vehicle insurance rates in Connecticut shall be uniform.

Statement of Purpose:

To require uniform motor vehicle insurance rates in Connecticut.
