AN ACT CONCERNING AN EARNED INCOME TAX CREDIT.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to institute an earned income tax credit modeled on the federal earned income tax credit.
Statement of Purpose:
To take advantage of the model provided by the federal program, and to contribute to the revitalization of the state's economy.
