AN ACT CONCERNING THE MEDICAL USE OF MARIJUANA.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

That the general statutes be amended to allow the medical use of marijuana by persons while under a physician's supervision.

Statement of Purpose:

To allow patients to benefit from relief of neurological symptoms without fear of prosecution.
