AN ACT CONCERNING STATE LAND WHERE HUNTING IS PERMITTED.

SUMMARY:

This bill prohibits the Department of Environmental Protection commissioner from reducing the amount of state land where hunting is permitted without providing an equal amount of land elsewhere in the state, based on the amount of state land where hunting was permitted as of July 1, 2008.
