"AN ACT CONCERNING REFORM OF THE PROBATE COURT SYSTEM. "

After the last section, add the following and renumber sections and internal references accordingly:

"Sec. 501. (NEW) (Effective October 1, 2009) The amount that a town paid, pursuant to section 45a-8 of the general statutes, to support a probate court during the calendar year ending December 31, 2009, shall be the maximum amount that such town shall pay to support a probate district established on or after January 5, 2011. "
