"AN ACT CONCERNING EXTENDING THE TIME OF EXPIRATION OF CERTAIN LAND USE PERMITS. "

Change the effective date of sections 1 to 4, inclusive, to "Effective from passage"

In line 4, strike "on or before July 1, 2009," and insert "during the period from July 1, 2006, to July 1, 2009, inclusive," in lieu thereof

In line 6, strike "eight" and insert "six" in lieu thereof

In line 9, strike "thirteen" and insert "eleven" in lieu thereof

In line 14, strike "on or before July 1, 2009," and insert "during the period from July 1, 2006, to July 1, 2009, inclusive," in lieu thereof
