Substitute House Bill No. 6481
AN ACT CONCERNING THE EMERGENCY MORTGAGE ASSISTANCE PROGRAM.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
Section 1. (Effective from passage) Sections 27 to 30, inclusive, and sections 32 and 33 of public act 09-209 shall take effect from passage and shall be applicable to applications for emergency mortgage assistance filed on and after July 1, 2008.
