The House of Representatives was called to order at 11: 35 o'clock a. m. , Representative Nafis of the 27th District in the Chair.

Prayer was offered by the guest Chaplain, Daniel Santorso of Plymouth, Connecticut.

The following is the prayer:

Let us pray. Heavenly Father, let us give thanks for the freedoms we have in our beautiful country. May we work in harmony with one another to make decisions which will be in the best interest of our constituents. Amen.

The Pledge of Allegiance was led by Daniel Santorso of Plymouth, Connecticut.
