AN ACT CONCERNING APPROPRIATIONS FROM THE GENERAL FUND.

SUMMARY:

The bill requires the Office of Fiscal Analysis (OFA) to review FY 09 General Fund appropriations, and identify areas of spending for which appropriations have increased by ten percent or more over the previous fiscal year. The bill requires OFA to submit the results of its review to the Appropriations Committee by December 31, 2008.
