AN ACT CONCERNING HEALTH INSURANCE SUBSIDIES TO STATE MARSHALS.
The bill requires the State Marshal Commission, within available appropriations, to subsidize the cost of health insurance for state marshals. State marshals serve process for the courts and execute civil arrests of persons without outstanding child support.
