RESOLUTION APPROVING THE SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT IN SHEFF V. O'NEILL.

Resolved by this House:

That the provisions of the settlement agreement dated April 4, 2008, in the action Sheff v. O'Neill, Superior Court Complex Litigation Docket at Hartford, HHD-X07-CV89-4026240-S, requiring an expenditure from the General Fund budget in excess of two million five hundred thousand dollars and submitted by the Attorney General to this Assembly for approval in accordance with section 3-125a of the general statutes, are approved.
