AN ACT CONCERNING BACON CONGREGATE HOUSING.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
Section 1. Subsection (a) of section 3 of special act 00-11 is amended to read as follows (Effective from passage):
(a) The Commissioner of Economic and Community Development shall provide, within available appropriations, subsidies to residents of Bacon Congregate Housing who are under the age of sixty-two, provided all eligible congregate project needs under sections 8-119d to 8-119n, inclusive, of the general statutes have been met. Such subsidies shall be provided on June 30, 2000, and annually thereafter. [until June 30, 2006. ]
Sec. 2. Section 4 of special act 00-11 is amended to read as follows (Effective from passage):
The owner of Bacon Congregate Housing shall report, on or before June 30, 2001, and annually thereafter, [until June 30, 2006,] to the Commissioner of Economic and Community Development, on a form prescribed by the commissioner, concerning the age and status of the population being served by Bacon Congregate Housing.
