"AN ACT CONCERNING THE STATUTE OF LIMITATIONS FOR PROSECUTION OF CERTAIN SEXUAL ASSAULT OFFENSES USING DNA EVIDENCE. "

After the last section, add the following and renumber sections and internal references accordingly:

"Sec. 501. (NEW) (Effective October 1, 2007) The Department of Public Safety shall publish the photographs of, and information about, persons who are required to register as sexual offenders under chapter 969 of the general statutes but who have failed to register, and shall make available a telephone hot line so that persons may report sexual offenders who have failed to register. "
