RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE NOMINATION OF REGINA MCCARTHY OF CANTON, MASSACHUSETTS TO BE COMMISSIONER OF ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION.

Resolved by the Senate:

That the nomination by Her Excellency, the Governor, of Regina McCarthy of Canton, Massachusetts, to be Commissioner of Environmental Protection, to serve at the pleasure of the Governor, but not longer than March 1, 2011, is approved and confirmed, and she is appointed said commissioner for said term.
