AN ACT LIMITING THE PURCHASE OF HANDGUNS TO ONE PER MONTH.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 29-33 of the general statutes be amended to prohibit the sale of more than one pistol or revolver to any person within a thirty-day period.
Statement of Purpose:
To reduce the number of illegal guns used in crimes by enacting a one-handgun-per-month law.
