AN ACT ESTABLISHING A BREAST CANCER WEB SITE.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

That chapter 368g of the general statutes be amended to require the Department of Public Health to establish a breast cancer web site designed to heighten awareness about the risks of breast cancer and screening and testing options for early breast cancer detection.

Statement of Purpose:

To establish a web site designed to enhance women's knowledge and understanding of breast cancer risks and to increase breast cancer screening and testing.
