AN ACT ADOPTING THE NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF INSURANCE COMMISSIONERS' INTERSTATE INSURANCE PRODUCT REGULATION COMPACT.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

That the National Association of Insurance Commissioners' Interstate Insurance Product Regulation Compact be adopted.

Statement of Purpose:

To help insurance companies stay and grow in this state by adopting the National Association of Insurance Commissioners' Interstate Insurance Product Regulation Compact.
