AN ACT CONCERNING ANTI-TRAFFICKING OF FIREARMS.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

That section 29-33 of the general statutes be amended to prohibit a person purchasing more than one pistol or revolver during a thirty-day period.

Statement of Purpose:

To restrict gun trafficking by limiting the number of handguns a person can purchase each month.
