AN ACT CONCERNING ANIMAL GROOMING FACILITIES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to strengthen licensing requirements for animal grooming facilities.
Statement of Purpose:
To improve standards necessary to operate grooming facilities in order to better protect animals.
