AN ACT REQUIRING THE REPORTING OF STOLEN FIREARMS.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

That chapter 529 of the general statutes be amended to require the reporting of stolen firearms.

Statement of Purpose:

To reduce the number of crimes involving firearms and to assist police in solving crimes by requiring the reporting of stolen firearms.
