AN ACT PROVIDING UNIVERSAL HEALTH CARE FOR CONNECTICUT RESIDENTS.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

That the general statutes be amended to provide universal health care for all residents of this state.

Statement of Purpose:

To make health care available for all residents of the state.
