AN ACT ESTABLISHING THE DEPARTMENT OF MASS TRANSIT.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

That the general statutes be amended to require the Department of Transportation to establish the Department of Mass Transit, which shall have cognizance over all mass transit in the state.

Statement of Purpose:

To establish the Department of Mass Transit, which shall have cognizance over all mass transit in the state.
