AN ACT CONCERNING THE REPEAL OF THE MINIMUM CORPORATION BUSINESS TAX.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

That section 12-219 of the general statutes be amended to eliminate the two-hundred-fifty dollar minimum business tax.

Statement of Purpose:

To eliminate the two-hundred-fifty dollar minimum business tax.
